Admissions and enrollment
BIT 102, 105, and 107 are open courses which students can enroll in before applying to BIT. Enrollment in BIT 109 and higher requires acceptance into the BIT program.
After you apply, please check your PCC email for notifications. You can expect to receive the following:
- When you submit your application: the program advisor will contact you by PCC email to let you know your admissions status.
- If the cohort has available seats, your application will be reviewed and your admissions status will be confirmed.
- If the cohort is full, you will be informed of your place on the waitlist. Students at the top of the waitlist typically have a strong chance of acceptance.
- Two weeks before enrollment begins for the each cohort: the faculty department chair will contact you by PCC email. This will occur in May for fall cohort onboarding and in October for winter cohort onboarding.
- If you’ve been admitted, you will be invited to attend a new student orientation and then enroll.
