Digital Literacy: The Digital Literacy webpage can help you stay up to date with existing technologies, build your computer skills, and grow your capacity to use new technologies.
Digital Navigators: This team provides individualized support with technical skills, application support, finding affordable internet, and more. They can support you in person or remotely.
Learning Technology Help Desk: Provides computer software and online service support for students. They support D2L Brightspace, Zoom, Google Apps, PCC email, and more!
Virtual Help: Live chat support from various PCC resources, such as Career Services, Student Account Services, Student Services Navigation, etc.
Virtual Library Services: The PCC Library offers a variety of virtual tools for students, such as chatting online with a librarian, online books and videos, and the library database. If you are looking for a quiet space outside of your home, the library also offers quiet study rooms.
