Alfredo V. Moreno

Alfredo joined PCC in September of 2018 as the community relations manager for the Rock Creek Campus in Washington County. From funeral homes to football stadiums, he has spent his nearly 20-year career engaging with diverse audiences in a wide range of strategic communications roles. A native of El Paso, Texas, Alfredo grew up in the timber town of Roseburg in Southern Oregon before earning his degree in history from the University of New Mexico. He has lived in the Portland metro area since 2010, now calling South Beaverton home along with his wife and young daughter.
