Men discover benefits of Yoga in PCC non-credit class

PORTLAND, Ore. – Women have recognized and enjoyed the health benefits of yoga for years. Now men can enjoy the same benefits in a new non-credit Portland Community College class designed especially to meet the health needs of the opposite sex.

The Yoga Project, a studio in Southeast Portland, welcomes all levels of students to Yoga for the Active Man. The class will build body intelligence through alignment, integration and release.

The class will meet from 6 to 7:15 p.m., Thursdays, May 4 through June 15, at The Yoga Project, 1229 S.E. Nehalem St. Cost is $75.
