PORTLAND, Ore. – What better way to learn Web site design than with an online class? Portland Community College will offer the chance to practice powerful graphic design techniques from your home computer and create a website that dazzles visitors. Designing Effective Websites will teach you just what attracts people and how you can create the most satisfying experience for those visitors. You’ll learn to use typography, aesthetics, color, graphics, and page layout to create the most compelling user interface possible.
