Mission, values and brand statement
Portland Community College’s mission is to support student success by delivering access to quality education while advancing economic development and promoting sustainability in a collaborative culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
As Oregon’s largest public educational institution, PCC’s mission, values and brand are as intertwined as our community. Our mission demonstrates our intent. Our values direct our actions. And our brand is informed by both.
PCC is proud to be many things to many people. With four vibrant campuses and numerous centers, we’re here to elevate everyone in our region.
At Portland Community College, we believe we’re better together and best when we’re serving students, no matter who they are, where they are, or where they want to go. We also believe our brand is right there in our name – because community is our brand.
