New Employee Compliance Training
The New Employee Compliance Training is mandatory and contains a series of federal, state, and PCC required trainings. All new staff and faculty including student employees will receive a version of the course to complete in Workday. The course is a piece of the overall new hire experience and does not replace the hiring department’s responsibilities.
Note: Employees who are rehired after a 12 month or longer hiatus must also complete the course.
The new employee will receive a task in their Workday inbox with a link to the course. The course is assigned in two halves: the first half is assigned upon hire. The second half is assigned 60 days after the employee’s start date. Each half takes 2-3 hours to complete.
Due date: the first half is to be completed within 60 days from the employee’s start date, and the second half is to be completed 120 days from the start date.
