Please review the Surplus Property Guide before sending property to Surplus. Do not send trash of any kind to Surplus. This includes paper, cardboard and plastic bottles. Property Control personnel will return any unapproved items to you to complete the correct process.
| Computers and data-bearing equipment | Desktop computers, laptops, tablets, servers, hard drives, and other storage devices must go to IT for data sanitization and account/login unlocking before they are transferred to Surplus Property. |
| Equipment loaned to PCC | Loaned equipment must be directed to the appropriate department head for required return or disposition. It is not PCC-owned surplus property. |
