OHSU ThinkFirst Oregon is a Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Prevention program located at Oregon Health and Science University. We aim to reduce the risk of brain and spinal cord injury through community education and outreach. We’ll be at the Clackamas County Fair (address: 694 NE 4th Ave, Canby, OR 97013) on Tuesday, August 14th and Wednesday, August 15th, 2018.

Volunteers will be helping us speak to attendees about brain/spinal cord anatomy, function and Injury while utilizing our brain models. You’ll also talk to people about pedestrian, bike safety – helmet use. There will be several activities which you will help run that are fun/interactive and focus on how brain injuries can affect lives.
