PCC Newberg: Building Community through Cob Construction (Saturdays in May)

Come build community in this free, natural building workshop at the PCC Newborn Center Learning Garden!

This is an opportunity to learn the time-tested and valuable skill fo cob, a type of eaten masonry, while meeting new friends! Join us every Saturday in May from 1:00pm to 4:30pm as we mix and apply cob!

Come prepared to get a little dirty and have a lot of fun. Wear clothes and footwear (shoes or boots) that can get muddy, and bring a water bottle! Gloves, snacks and beverages will be provided. PCC Newberg Center Learning garden is in the Southwest corner of the parking lot at 135 Werth Blvd. Newberg, OR

About the Organization

Portland Community College’s Newberg Center is located at 135 Werth Blvd, Newberg, OR 97132. The Center is developing a learning garden and in need of volunteers that like to have fun and play in the dirt!
