PCC Newberg Center Learning Garden: Planting Seeds and Starts Event!

Posted by

Volunteer Opportunities Newsletter

PCC Newberg Center Learning Garden is having a Planting Party!

Please join us in celebrating the raised beds that Sarah Elsasser, Heather Kohl, Kailey Hess, and Moonrose Doherty constructed for the garden, so we can start growing food!

Let’s sow seeds, talk about the garden, and get some plants in the dirt! There will be refreshments, seeds to take home, and friends to meet. Drop by and check out the garden or stay for the whole time and get your hands dirty. We’ll provide the gloves and trowels.

Thank you for helping us get the word out and joining in the fun of co-creating an amazing learning garden space. Now, let’s grow some food together!

Event Details:

  • Date: Wednesday, June 14th
  • Time: 3:00-6:00 pm
  • Location: 135 Werth Blvd. Newberg, OR 97132
