Management and Supervisory Development – Program Overview

On Campus + Online = A Flexible Program Created for Working Professionals

The MSD Program’s curriculum was made just for you.

Choose from a variety of classes on campus and online to help boost your resume, prep for a career change, advance in your field, or earn transferrable credits to a 4-year institution like Warner Pacific, George Fox, Oregon Institute of Technology, and Marylhurst University. Distance Learning classes, evening classes, full and half-day schedules on Fridays and Saturdays, plus the option to earn credit for projects completed on-the-job, means you’re more likely to excel in college and in the workplace.

Build a schedule of courses that works for you. You can earn the entire degree by taking online courses. Five of the 3 credit classes are offered on campus, on weeknights or on a 4-Saturday format. Only one of the required MSD Program’s 3 credit courses must be completed on campus—all of the remaining 3 & 4 credit classes are offered online, and most 1 credit classes may be taken either on campus or online.

Need to build experience specific to your field, or particular job function? MSD Professional Program Awards offer participants focused study in a particular area of supervision. Co-op education and project management classes provide even further opportunity for hands-on work/education experience.
