Tracking your IT service request

When you submit a work order to IT, your request is tracked in a ticket and updates are sent by email from tss_servicedesk@pcc.edu

You can add your comments to the ticket.¬†When reading the message click “reply” and type where indicated (above the line).

PCC employees can also log in to the ticket system directly at pcckbox.pcc.edu/userui
