PCC customer voicemail is accessible from both college owned Polycom phones, as well as from off campus telephones and cell phones. Voicemail can also be accessed via the Interaction Desktop Software, or the Interaction Web Client, to access features such as visual voice mail. Customers can also request voicemail notifications, by submitting a ticket with the IT Service Desk.
