Single Sign-On (SSO)

The Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration Service enables college departments, academic units, and administrative teams to integrate third-party web applications, SaaS platforms, or internally hosted software with the college’s central identity provider, Microsoft Entra ID. Integrating software with central SSO simplifies access management while maintaining security across campus applications.

Submitting an SSO Integration Request
  1. Prepare Application Details: Gather vendor and technical settings for the web application, SaaS platform, or internal software
  2. Verify Eligibility: Ensure the submission is made by or on behalf of an authorized System Owner or Technical Lead
  3. Submit Request Form: Access and complete the SSO Integration Service request form in the IT Service Catalog
  4. Configure Integration: Work with IT staff to set up identity provider configurations in both the central directory and the vendor portal
Who Can Submit a Request?
  • Academic & Business System Owners: Deans, Department Heads, Program Directors, or Administrative Leads accountable for the application software
  • Departmental IT Administrators / Technical Leads: IT staff responsible for configuring settings inside the vendor’s admin portal
