Qualtrics
Qualtrics is a web-based survey/form creation software, used for creating online surveys, questionnaires, and forms to collect data and generate reports.
Access and training for Qualtrics must be requested/authorized by PCC Managers using the form in MyPCC, Employee tab, Manager page. This online form is accessible only to PCC employees in the management group.
