Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a web-based application used for creating online surveys, questionnaires and forms to collect data and generate reports.

Access and training for Qualtrics must be requested/authorized by PCC Managers using the form inĀ MyPCC, Employee tab, Manager page. This online form is accessible only to PCC employees in the management group.
