AODocs

AODocs is a business process and document management system. We have enterprise licensing for the platform and all college staff have access to this system. It can be used in mainly two different ways:

  1. AODOCs Team and secured folder libraries:
    • Integrates with Google Drive to store files and folders with a central ownership;
    • Allows different levels of permissions for different roles based on the type of the library; Each library can be used for a specific project/department.
    • Users may work with the files from within Google Drive interface even though the files are stored in AODocs;
    • Has powerful search capabilities.
  2. Document Management library:
    • Allows granular level of permissions for different roles;
    • Allows set up of meta data, built-in workflow design; complex scripting for further automation;
