Details about this class

Instructor: Emerson Wolfe. This is a remote course with weekly Zoom meetings. You will have the opportunity to explore psychological concepts as they impact health, emotional wellness, and human relationships. Students will learn healthy and effective daily habits and communication skills. Discover insights about yourself and others while making connections to the course topics. Videos and additional materials will be explored weekly in D2L to further your understanding and reflection on concepts, theories and current research. The instructor will add further resources based on student interests. Assignments will be reflective and behavior change goals will be explored throughout culminating in a final portfolio project. This class is helpful for students interested in personal and professional therapeutic resources and research with a focus on intersectionality and liberation psychology principles.
