The are no on-campus requirements, and there are no remote class meetings. I will be recording video lectures to present/discuss the course reading material. The online teaching/learning format provides students with maximum flexibility in completing weekly assignments, in accordance with weekly deadlines. Required activities include discussions, exams, and a research paper.
The required textbook can be purchased as an e-book through the PCC bookstore. Shop around for the best price. There will also be a hard-copy on 2-hour reserve at the Cascade Library.
If you have any questions or would like to check out the syllabus from a previous term, just let me know! You can reach me by email at tom.scales@pcc.edu.
