Details about this class

Walking is such a great way to get fit!  It's very accessible and most healthy adults are able to participate easily within their own fitness levels.  It could be as casual as just getting out and walking for half your lunch break each day or more structured paying close attention to intensity, mileage and progression.

Walking for Fitness introduces a self-paced walking program as a lifelong fitness activity that maintains and enhances physical fitness and well-being. Provides basic information and tools needed to understand, organize, plan, and implement a physical fitness program that features walking as the primary activity.
