MLT241 Immunohematology I

Introduces basic immunology and the various antigen-antibody reactions with emphasis on agglutination reactions. Develops knowledge and skills in ABO and Rh blood group testing. Presents blood group systems other than ABO and Rh and introduces antibody screening procedures. Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Medical Laboratory Technology Program.
