Details about this class
This class is a combination of in-person meetings and online coursework. Each week, we will meet in person on Southeast Campus for 2 hours on Wednesdays from 10am - 11:50am, and there will also be required online work weekly. There is no required textbook for this course. Each week, students will read current and relevant articles and watch videos to learn about stress, its impact on health, and how to manage it. All readings and videos can be accessed on D2L Brightspace.
There will be short weekly quizzes, assignments to deepen the understanding of stress and stress management, and in-person class discussions and activities. If you have any questions or want more information, please email: rachelle.katter@pcc.edu. I am happy to help or answer any questions you have.
