Details about this class

This is a hybrid class...NOT a fully online one!   That means there will be both in person activities AND online activities.

Expect the following time commitment each week: (About 8 hours per week)
About 1.5 hours of reading
About 2 hours of online lecture videos that will be split into 30 minute segments
About 1 hour of graded homework and/or research completed online
A 30 minute timed quiz that will be completed online
About 3 hours of lab done in person

Technology

A familiarity with Word documents and Excel spreadsheet software is helpful.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
