Details about this class
Hello - I'm looking forward to the coming term and exploring how fitness and physical activity influence the aging process. Alongside our topics on fitness and aging, we'll also learn how research is conducted.
This course is offered as a hybrid course with the majority of the instruction taking place online. We will meet on campus for one hour each week. In between our weekly class meetings, you will have online modules to work through (assigned reading, quizzes, and discussions).
This course is required for the Associate of Applied Science in Exercise Science. If you are not an Exercise Science student but are interested in taking the course, you may email me at alma.eaton@pcc.edu.
Technology

No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
