Details about this class

Hello!

I am so glad to hear you are interested in exploring nutrition and its effects on exercise. This class is a fully online course, but I will be with you every step of the way. We will keep in touch through class discussions via D2L, assignments and we can chat via email or connect on Zoom at any time.

For more information on the course, please check out an old syllabi to determine if this class is right for you. Final grades for FT 103 are based on class discussions via D2L, assignments, quizzes and a final project.

If you want to get a better sense of who I am and how I teach, please check out my bio here! Reach out via email with any questions or concerns (kelsey.deacon@pcc.edu).

Much gratitude,

Kelsey Deacon
