Liberatory Art Calisthenics: Free Yourself, Find Your Voice
Through art and embodiment, break small rules to build the capacity to challenge bigger paradigms. Explore resistance, confidence, your authentic voice. Move and breathe, swap artwork and be vulnerable. No prior art experience necessary.
Through playful drawing and painting exercises, we interrupt perfectionism, reconnect with our senses and engage the creative process as a form of personal liberation. Practice intuitive mark-making, respond to sensory prompts and engage in non-judgmental witnessing. Whether you feel stuck in your art or your life, this space supports experimentation, risk-taking, and authentic expression. Come as you are and make something true.
