Details about this class
This course takes you on a learning journey to hone your relational communication skills so that you can tackle various challenges in today's workplace as a manager, enhancing your human relations skills, which are essential in fostering effective relationships with those within an organization or company.
What will this journey entail? You will explore organizational interactions by examining human perceptions, communications, group dynamics, the value of cultural diversity, and leadership. Topics to be covered include understanding human behavior, communication styles, conflict resolution, teamwork, and the dynamics of change.
