Examines concepts and practical application of fundamental management skills such as planning, organizing, staffing, communicating, leading, training, managing conflict, controlling, performance management, ethics and problem solving. Provides an introduction to business management theory. Prerequisites: BA 101, and (WR 115 and RD 115) or IRW 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement.
