Course Description

Learn the language of Business. This class presents double-entry accounting as related to service and merchandising business. It covers the accounting cycle, including journalizing, posting to the general ledger, preparation of financial statements, petty cash, bank reconciliations, combined journals, special journals, and payroll. Audit available.

The class is listed as  “Online and in-person” and meets on Wednesday at 11:00 AM -12:50 PM

Instructions for creating an account in Pearson, registering the My Accounting Lab (MAL) course with the access code, and accessing online MAL homework assignment, quiz, exam are included in our syllabus.

My Accounting Lab course is the online homework system for this course.

Make sure to order your textbook  so that you can be ready for class on the first day. The book can be purchased from the PCC Bookstore or directly from Pearson for approximately $129.99.
