Elemental Poetry: Connecting with Body and Nature in Writing
Use elements of water, earth, fire and air, along with all your senses, to write about your experience in the world around you. We will use collaborative and individual writing, discussion and readings to explore poetry. All levels welcome.
Slow down, breathe deeply, take in the world around you. Through readings, discussions, and poetry exercises, we investigate what it means to be in these bodies in the natural world. Our writing focuses on the senses of the body, the elements of nature, and the ways we can be more aware of them in our daily life.
