Details about this class
Welcome! Thanks for being interested in this class.
In this class we'll be studying how our brains work, and learning how we can cultivate certain habits to become better readers, writers and thinkers. Studying our minds helps us track what's working for us as learners, adjust where we can, and advocate for what we need.
We will read short stories and essays, ranging from science fiction to memoir. While we read, we'll keep a reading log, and we'll write narrative stories about our own lives. We'll also do a short research project based on a curiosity we have.
