Cloud Hands Long Form Summer Practice
This will be a practice session for those who have taken Part 1 and 2 of the Cloud Hands Yang style Tai Chi long form. We will be practicing and reviewing movements from those 2 parts of the form. Hopefully doing a run through each class.
