Master perimenopause and menopause with an LMT, CYT and MS body nerd. Reset your nervous system, boost lymphatic flow, and support detox to shift out of dis-ease. Use targeted exercises to restore homeostasis. All abilities welcome - come find your balance!

All Abilities Welcome

A gentle practice designed to support homeostasis regulation for peri/menopausal women, created by a seasoned LMT, CYT, MS and proud body nerd. These classes focus on resetting the nervous system, stimulating lymphatic flow, supporting detoxification and helping the body shift out of dis-ease through intentional movement. Exercises may include rest/recovery, chair movements and mat positions. The difference in this practice is that you’ll choose what your body needs that day. You may also learn positions that may ease aches & pains & why supporting the lymphatic system and nervous system reset is so important.

Hydration is key - please hydrate well the day before, the day of and the day after.

Bring: yoga mat and a warm overshirt. Bolsters and blocks provided.

Not recommended for those with DVT, currently undergoing chemo/radiation, or who are pregnant.
