Details about this class
This is a fully online class so there are no set meeting times and you will show up to do the work when it suits your schedule. The work is due every Thursday and Monday. It is important to offer some live Zooms so that we can get to know each other, but this is optional, every Monday I will have an open office chat hour. I do have waiting rooms on for privacy, so please be patient once you enter Zoom chat.
I will send an email on the first day of class, but if you have any questions beforehand, please email me, at toni.veeman@pcc.edu
Here is the book you will need to purchase:
- Stress Management for Life, 5th Edition
- ISBN 978-0-357-36396-6
- Authors: Michael Olpin and Margie Hesson
I look forward to our class together,
Toni Veeman
