Details about this class

This is a 5-week summer course beginning June 26 and ending July 30.  This course examines the Earth's dynamic systems -- its energy, air, water, weather, climate, soils, plants, ecosystems, and biomes. It analyzes the worldwide impact of environmental events, bringing together many physical factors to create a complete picture of Earth's system operations. By creating a holistic view of the planet and its dynamics, this course will help you to grasp a better understanding of Human-Earth relations.

From books listed for the course, only the book by Christopherson is required and should have access to it on the first week of the term. You can rent an E-Book version for as low as $9:99 a month by clicking on the following link.
