Intro to Liberatory Art Calisthenics
Strengthen mental, emotional and creative capacities, and build autonomy, agency and embodied intuition through art. Class includes presentations, prompts and discussions. Can be taken concurrently with Liberatory Art Labs. Past students welcome.
We approach self-liberation as a muscle and a circulatory system. We work with play, embodiment, rebellion, collaboration, limits of imagination and facing fears. This class is a shorter version of a class offered during other terms.
