Art Camp for Grownups
Take time this summer to make fun and functional art objects. Use found and printed paper for collage. Run wild with your ideas and experience in acrylic paint and gel plate printing to make mono prints to cut for a book, a vase and a box.
Each week will offer time to to gel print and make a new project you can use or gift. Each class will focus on a gel printing technique to build a collection of collage papers to create truly unique pieces of art. Transform cardboard food packaging into a beautiful artist book with pockets. Revitalize thrift store vases with collage adding whimsy and magic. Finally, paint and collage an empty cigar box and fill it with items that represent the elements you want to bring into your life.
