Details about this class
NOTE: This is Summer Term which is eight weeks plus a final week. The term will go fast, and students will have to do two weeks work in one week at least twice during the course. Please be prepared for the extra work and shorter term.
Course Meetings: This class will have weekly Zoom meetings on Mondays & Wednesdays from 11:00 - 11:50 AM. The sessions will cover the weekly assignments, so attendance is recommended, but not required. The meetings will be recorded for later viewing.

This class introduces Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). These programs will also be used to complete assignments related to computer concepts.
The Office 365 suite runs best on a Windows operating system. Microsoft Access does not work on Macintosh or Linux (Chromebook) computers so non-Windows users may need to use PCC’s SplashTop program that allows access to a campus lab computer.

- Ability to install or access Microsoft Office 2019 programs which can be obtained for free through PCC’s Microsoft Office 365 for Education licensing
