Technology
This class explores interactions in organizations by examining human perceptions, communications, group dynamics, and leadership. Topics to be covered include understanding human behavior, communication styles, conflict resolution, teamwork, and the dynamics of change.
This is an eight week class. Each week we will explore different aspects of human relations in organizations. There will be weekly discussions on Fridays with peer replies due by Sunday, three case assignments due on Sunday of Week 3, 5, and 6; weekly optional self-check extra credit quizzes, and a final report due finals week (Week 8).
This class takes a real-world approach to analyzing human relations challenges in organizations and ways to solve those challenges to cultivate a motivated and productive organization - where the people and the organization thrive.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
