Details about this class
This is a fully online class, so there are no regularly scheduled meeting times, and you can complete coursework when it suits your schedule. The weekly due date is Sunday 11:59 PM.
The cost of the required digital materials for this course, including the textbook, have been included in your class fee. Links to access these materials will be done through the weekly models in D2L. We will be using the Publisher's learning platform, SIMNet, to complete assignments. Students will have continued access to the textbook and SIMnet for BA 169Z (formerly BA 216A) – Data Analytics with Excel, the next Excel based course in the Business programs area.
Technology
Students are required to use Excel 2019 or newer (Office 365) for this class. This course is best suited for Windows‑based PCs. You must download and install the desktop version of Excel on your device; the online version is NOT supported for this class.

Mac Users: Some Microsoft Office features used in this course are not fully supported on macOS. To ensure full functionality, it is recommended that you either:

If you need Splashtop access, notify your instructor as soon as possible so they can request access from IT.

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
