Details about this class
In this section of WR 122 you will identify a controversy related your chosen academic major or career path, research it, and argue your own position.
My hope is that you will leave WR 122 with the tools necessary to participate in academic and professional discourse at PCC and beyond. Additionally, you will:
- See yourself as a lifelong student of reading, writing, and rhetoric
- See yourself as an active participant in larger conversations
- Transfer your learning to personal goals and larger initiatives that matter to you.
Visit my faculty web page for more information.
Technology
No special technology is required.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
