Dear students, welcome to this fantastic class. I am here to serve each of you and ensure your academic success.

This course is a hybrid course: 1) we will be meeting at the Sylvania campus in SS111 on Thursdays from 1:00-2:50 pm and 2) course also has an online component - students will be working independently studying pre-recorded lectures and other content posted on line in D2L. All students are expected to come to class and study online.

We will have weekly quizzes, midterm and final and a couple extra-credit written papers.

You can buy the required E-text (Electronic text) at the Sylvania bookstore.

I am looking forward to working with each of you this term.
