Details about this class

Dear students, welcome to this fantastic class. I am here to serve each of you and ensure your academic success.

There will be no online or face-to-face meetings. Students will be working and progressing through the course independently. We will have weekly quizzes and few written assignments.

Please buy the required E-text (Electronic text) at the Sylvania bookstore. You can also try to find the text on line (it may be cheaper). You will need the textbook on the first day of class. Here is the title and the authors of the text Psychology: From Inquire to Understanding  Lilienfeil, S.O., Lynn, S.J., Namy, L.L., & Woolf, N.J.
Boston, MA: Pearson Education Inc. I will post a free PDF file of our textbook in our 1st week Module in D2L,

You can get 3rd, 4th, or 5th Edition. The earlier editions are cheaper and they may work as well, but it may be a bit risky for your quizzes (some information may be missing in the older editions). You may also try to find a free PDF file of the entire text online, you just need to search for it.

I am looking forward to spending this term with you and to making sure that you will succeed in the class.

Technology

NO special technology will be required to complete class objectives.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
