Introduces and covers e-discovery, the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), and the software used in law firms for document review. Covers current trends in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including social media and cloud computing discovery issues, and the practical application of these rules. Covers PC and MAC formats.
