PE299M Dance Fitness
Fitness class that incorporates various dance styles to help improve balance, flexibility, coordination and enhance the ability to interpret target heart rate performance and rhythm (staying on beat) in a group fitness setting. This course will focus on different styles of choreographed fitness while stretching and toning the entire body and conditioning the cardiorespiratory system. (See course content and outcomes.)
