Details about this class

This mind body class explores the professional development for the mind body careers including:

Yoga

Breath work

Fascial release and movement

Meditation

QiGong and Tai Chi

Pilates

This class is hybrid with some in-person and online time. We meet every Wednesday from 1-2:50 in-person and there is required online work each week around 2 hours.

You will practice teaching in the above mentioned mind body activities to small groups, finishing with a longer teaching to your peers, and final project.
