Introduces proper techniques and progressions for building strength and power utilizing power lifts (bench press, back squat, deadlift) and Olympic lifts (power clean, power snatch). Includes a progression of drills and transfer exercises to develop proper movement patterns, muscular strength, and muscular power for power and Olympic lifts. Recommended for those with previous weight training experience. Prerequisites: PE 181A or PE 181B or PE 181C or instructor permission. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
