Details about this class

Stretch, Roll, and Release is not just a stretch class but a way to learn mobility and keep it for a lifetime. More gentle than yoga and focused on fascial  (the bodies connective tissue) movements. We learn stretches and mobility work for all the major joints and muscles in our bodies with a focus on how to keep our spine supple and supported!

Get ready to relax and learn new healthy ways to nourish and move your body!

We do have required equipment available for order through the bookstore. You will be required to have a foam roller (36 inches) and set of Yoga Tune Up Balls (Yoga Tune Up Balls). Please note the link for the yoga tune up balls is not where you need to purchase them, just a way to show you what they are.

This class is great for athletes, new to movement students, and bendy people too!

This class is fully online with 2.5 hours of movement expected per week and .5 hours of lecture and assignments.
