Details about this class
This is an online class that is literally self paced, as the class title suggests. There is a module format and weekly assignments and exercise logs that keep you on track with your personal goals. You need to exercise on your own, attend an open gym at any of our PCC campuses that have a fitness center or attend classes at your own personal gym membership or community center.

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
