Details about this class

This class allows students to develop their own yoga or meditation practice.
 
We meet on Zoom once per week. Students then go out and practice yoga on their own. Outside yoga practice is documented in a weekly journal entry. Your grade is half attendance and half journal entries. 
 
Grades: Attendance is 50 points and journals are 50 points. Each class is worth 5 points and each journal is worth 5 points. There are 10 classes and 10 journals. The total number of points you can receive is 100.  An A grade is 90-100 points, a B is 80-89 points, a C is 70-79 points, and a D is 60-69 points.
 
 

Technology

There is no additional technology required for this class.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
